Duolingo for football strategy. Six game modes covering formations, coverages, and play-calling with adaptive difficulty and animated film study. 920+ questions, no ads, free. iOS.
Splits gas and EV trip costs between friends. Arcade-themed iOS app with real-time balances and achievement badges. No sign-up required.
Text cleanup tool that strips whitespace, fixes line breaks, and removes smart quotes. Hidden behind the version number: AES-256-GCM steganography that embeds encrypted messages using zero-width Unicode characters.
Small charities still do tax receipts by hand. This handles it for them: bulk CRA-compliant receipts, web and iOS, Stripe-powered. Has paying users with zero marketing.
Wedding planning app born from my own wedding. Went from idea to App Store in about a month.
Bootstrapped Etsy store selling vintage patent art. 7+ years running, top 1% of all Etsy shops, 2,000+ five-star reviews. Peaked at $75K/yr.

CRM Platform Replica
Decompiled 191 Java source files from an enterprise CRM and rebuilt the whole thing as a web app. 20K+ lines of TypeScript, 50+ hand-built components, every value traced to original source.
Sales Results (2025)
Identified the real ICP through data analysis of 70+ deals. Rebuilt the go-to-market strategy from scratch. Took over 100% of sales personally.
